Her realm is the sky
Patron goddess of the weather, genetics, light and new life.

The lady is a repainted Cadence. I really like how she turned out. she's so soft and lovely. and it took about billion coats of white to cover up Cadence's eye-searing fuchsia. I also hacked off her crown which was pretty fun.

Um, I would like to try making mlp customs at some point in time. I'm thinking of using a rainbow dash base, so I don't have to rehair it. But how would I go about painting over everything?

Just remove the old symbols and eyes with some acetone. (Sometimes I leave the eyes on and paint over them, this helps you keep the eyes even on both sides) You can find acetone in most drugstores by the nail polishes. you want 100% acetone, not nail polish remover.

Then just go nuts! I don't do full body painting on ponies with hair, so I don't have tips for you dealing with painting by the hairlines and what not. And if you can't rehair, you can always dye the hair while it's still attached to her head. or give it a neat trim. Just dive right in and have fun with it, and don't get discouraged.

Thanks for the tips! I am going to attempt to do my OC Rainbow Pastry (the pony in my icon) and, I'm not allowed to buy color hair off a website, so I was just going to use the rainbow dash base for the hair and wings.

One more question, Rainbow Pastry has aqua colored (fluttershy's eye color) eyes. Rainbow Dash has fuchsia. How would eye paint a new eye color without screwing up the eyes?

you can just paint over Rainbow's original eyes. They make a great template. If you are careful, I bet you can just slowly repaint the pink of RD's eyes into blue and leave the rest of the eye intact.
